Originally from Buffalo, NY, I moved to Seattle from Berkeley, CA at the start of the pandemic in March 2020. While I am fortunate to have my best friend in the area, meeting new people has been a challenge. As an introvert, I've always valued my "alone time" to relax, unwind, and recharge my battery, but given the isolation I've felt due to COVID and being new to the area, I'm realizing just how important it is to have meaningful friendships. Joining the service has helped me to start making some true connections and I can't wait to meet more of you! I love coffee, musical theatre, international travel, and cats (although sadly, I'm allergic!) I'm also on a mission to see how many Seattle area parks I can explore; there are a lot of them!
